Political agreements of local entities and freedom of expression

Abstract

This article studies the judicial review of actions and decisions of local entities which are political in nature, which has evolved from its initial exclusion from the contentious administrative jurisdiction to the current full review. The article describes the doctrines used by courts in reviewing these kinds of actions and, afterwards, it analyzes the parameters for building a theoretical model in this field.
