La Ley de Consejos Insulares. Una valoración general

Abstract

A general assessment of Law 4/2022 on Island Councils is presented, in the context of the relations between local governments and the state and its constitutional and statutory framework. The institutional consolidation of the regional and island legal-organisational system is highlighted, as well as its adaptation to the challenges of the island councils: the principle of differentiation, greater flexibility and dynamism and a broader relational perspective.
