Alcance del control judicial en la ejecución de sentencias

Abstract

This article addresses the analysis of the main problematic issues linked to the execution of judicial rulings within the contentiousadministrative jurisdiction. In this regard, the essay provides an in-depth study of the legal framework and its case law treatment, paying specific attention to the distinct characteristics of executing judgments issued in urban planning matters and the rule of Article 108.3 of the LJCA (Ley de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa). The overview is completed with a compilation of the most relevant Supreme Court orders and judgments delivered on execution of judgements.
