La proyección de la sentencia núm. 31/2010 del Tribunal Constitucional en el ámbito local

Abstract

This article reproduces the conference of February 2011 and analyses critically the judgment of the Spanish Constitutional Court nº 31/2010. The article tackles with both local law matters regarding to general institutional elements of local administrations and particular affairs that the Constitutional Court ruled about the ordinary legal system of city councils.
