La integración de la solvencia con medios externos en los contratos del sector público

Abstract

The present study approaches, from an eminently practical optics, the integration of the solvency with external means in the area of the public contracting, as been formed in the community and national regulation. Particularly, he analyzes the evolution of the legislation in which there are regulated this matter, the classes of solvency capable of being integrated by means of third parties, the links that must exist between the bidder and the external entity and the integration of the above-mentioned solvency by means of the groups of companies, the subcontracting and the groups of economic interest.
