Legislador autonómico y desarrollo estatutario en materia local

Abstract

In the context of a multiregulation sphere that affects directly local governments and local matters, the scope of this article is to study the legislative task carried out by the Autonomous Communities in this regard. The new Statutes introduced a vast and dense regulation regarding local matters. This new scenario requested an important task of legislative development by the Autonomous Communities that was conceived and applied differently by each of them. Therefore, diversity and disparity prevail in this field. Finally, this article examines the influence of new Statutes in other regulations that affect local matters
