Reparto de competencias en materia de Gobiernos locales intermedios

Abstract

The judgment 31/2010 of the Spanish Constitutional Court thwarted the empowerment and development of intermediate local governments that the Statutes of Autonomy reforms had been pursued. The new Statutes of Autonomy have barely supposed a change in this matter in comparison with the old ones. Therefore, the State through basic legislation maintains its central role in regulating intermediate local governments.
