Abstract

The Spanish Constitutional Court judgment nº137/2011, of 14 September 2011, declared unconstitutional the Decree-Law 4/2000, of 23 June 2000, of urgent measures of liberalization of real state and transport sectors. This judgment came after eight years of entering into force this legislative text. The article analyzes the content of this judgment, the history of the legislative texts in the area of land liberalization during the last two decades and the conflicts derived for the constitutional justice
