La insolvencia de la Administración. Ejecución judicial de deudas públicas

Abstract

This article refers to the enforcement of public debt in general and the local administration in particular. It points out the insufficiency of the legislation when the enforcement of public debt has become a usual issue. In this context, it is necessary to ponder the economic and financial situation of public administrations with the ranking of judicial credits in the passive side of the entity. Moreover, it is also necessary to respect the credits related to important public interests. Therefore, this article analyzes different types of enforcement systems of public debt and proposes after that several ways of action.
