Abstract

The Spanish legislator has introduced collective redundancies in Public Administrations regardless its form o organization. This measure responds to the necessity of providing Public Administrations with flexible management tools. This article analyzes some key elements of the new regulation and the first judgments in this matter and shows the lack of harmony between the substantive regulation and the economic, financial and budget regulation.
