La capacidad del empresario: la relación entre el objeto social de las empresas y el objeto de los contratos del sector público

Abstract

This article analyzes, from a mainly practical standpoint, the relevance of the statutory activity of a legal entity in relation to its legal capacity. Specifically, the article addresses the following aspects: the role of the statutory activity with respect to the limits to legal capacity; the means of evidence referred to legal capacity, and the particularities of this issue in relation to some legal entities like temporary union of employers, economic interest groups, associations and cooperatives.
