La racionalización de la Administración local en el marco de la sostenibilidad financiera: panorama general

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe the main points of the new Law on Rationalization and Sustainability of local administration. The article studies the drafting process of the Law and connects it to the Basic Law on Local Government Law of 1985 and the immediate subsequent laws on financial sustainability and market unit.
