Competencias municipales: competencias delegadas e impropias

Abstract

The aim of this article is to explain the amendment to Law 27/2013 regarding the delegated municipal competences and the so called recently improper competences. The aim of the amendment is to preserve the financial sustainability of municipal services and to avoid the phenomenon of duplicated competences by guaranteeing the financial sustainability of delegated competences and limiting the improper ones.
