Mercado interior europeo y Gobiernos locales en Francia

Abstract

This article analyses the impact of European Union Law on the internal market regarding local governments in France. First, the article addresses some of the basic issues of the legal framework of local governments in France. After that, it focuses its attention on four different questions: the Service Directive, public procurement law, the framework of public aids and subsidies and the framework of the economic activities and public local services.
