Delitos contra la Administración Pública

Abstract

This article studies the protection of the Public Administration understood as the object of a criminal behavior. The prohibition of these kinds of criminal conducts pursues to avoid the malfunction of the Public Administration and to comply with its aims, which are to serve efficiently, impartially and without delay the citizens. The article analyzes criminal conducts that infringe these principles.
