Abstract

When a final contentious-administrative judgment is at stake, sometimes we do not take into account or focus our attention on the efforts –from procedural, temporal and economical perspectives- that are needed i order to properly and speedily to enforce it. This article examines this reality which is significantly important in most of urban planning cases where the aim is not to enforce in all the terms and conditions the judgments and also there are available several jurisdictional review mechanisms in the enforcement phase. In these kinds of cases, the efforts in the phase of the enforcement of a judgment are even harder
