La aprobación de los presupuestos municipales sin participación ciudadana: de la cuestión de confianza a la atribución de la competencia a la junta de gobierno

Abstract

This article analyzes the possible lack of citizens’ participation in the approval of the municipal budget. In particular, the article examines two elements: the proposition of a vote of confidence related to the budget and the situation –by way of exception– in which the Local Government Board has the power to approve the same.
