Internet y los datos personales

Abstract

On the basis of the case-law and the scholarship, this article analyzes the main issues that arise between the law, the protection of personal data and the digital society. Therefore, the article studies the three subjects where it is possible to observe these issues: the publication of personal data on a website; the research results from an internet search engines and the automatic transfer of personal data to the internet search engine used to carry out the research.
