Las bases del régimen local en la doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of the latest changes on the Law 27/2013, of 27 December, of rationalization and sustainability of the local governments, regarding the general design of local governments established in the Basic State Law of 1985. In particular, the article reflects on th case-law regarding this issue.
