E-Administration and Laws 39 and 40/2015

Abstract

This article analyzes the main changes of Laws 39 and 40/2015 regarding E-Administration, as well as their implications for local entities. The article highlights the achievements and shortcomings of this legislative reform and it also points out the agenda to be followed by local entities in the case that they decide to take advantage of the opportunities that the E-Administration entails
