The concept of stakeholder in the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the administrative procedure of public administrations

Abstract

The article is a preliminary approach to the concept of stakeholder as a key institution of the administrative procedure, and, particularly, it analyzes the new measures introduced by Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on administrative procedure of public administrations. The article studies how two essential elements of the new legislation –citizen’s participation and electronic administration– impact on the regulation of the institution of the stakeholder in administrative proceedings.
