Normative powers of local entities after the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations

Abstract

This article analyzes the measures of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, regarding the normative powers of local entities. The study deals with the recognition of these powers, their relationship with Law 7/1985, of 2 April, on the basis of local law, as well as the organizational and procedural matters which must observe the new local ordinances and regulations. The article provides a critical standpoint about the current regulation and its origin
