Abstract

The limitation period and the termination of the case occur when the public administration exceeds the limitation period for deciding an administrative sanction procedure. If it is the case, the human and material resources employed in the procedure come useless. For this reason, is key to adequately manage the timings and requisites that regulate the limitation period. The article focuses on how we can determine with precision when starts and ends the limitation period deadlines in administrative sanctioning procedures, taking into account the sectoral specificities
