Municipal cause and Community Policing. An administrative and psycho-sociological study for a new police model

Abstract

The local administration, like a provider of public safety, from the current legislation must evolve its policing model to a new type of comprehensive service that meets the needs of the society where it serves. The alternative is called «Community policing».
