Abstract

The need to implement the principle of transparency has led to regulatory changes in several sectors. In fact, this principle is necessary not only for fighting corruption (in this regard, the recent reforms on public contracts and the role of the National Anti-Corruption Authority are relevant), but also for all citizens which benefit from the general principle of open administrativeaccess to all documents and data of the public administration.
