The administrative contentious judicial review of pubic services as an ineffective mechanism for guaranteeing an effective judicial review of the right to quality public services in Venezuela

Abstract

This article reviews the contentious administrative process of public services articulated by the Organic Law of Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction. It also points out the practical incidents that make it an ineffective mechanism to guarantee an effective judicial protection of the right to quality public services in Venezuela.
