Spanish Constitutional Court’s case law on local Administration 2018-2019

Abstract

The article refers to the Spanish Constitutional Court’s case law on local administration of 2018-2019. This case law relates to the legal framework of local governments, their finances and, remarkably, to the local government and the right to political participation in relation to the right to work of local representatives.
