The new regulation on public procurement: special sectors and its practical consequences. New developments in the Royal Decree Law 3/2020

Abstract

The article studies the new public procurement framework regarding special sectors which was adopted because of the transposition of the Directive 2014/25. The article explores all the practical consequences of the new framework.
