The management of a corporate crisis from a legal perspective

Rafael Entrena Fabré
Abstract

The management of a corporate crisis related to a criminal process should be faced from multiple perspectives: political, economic, communicative, legal, and reputational, and from the standpoint of the best legal defence for the persons involved. This implies the need of stablishing preventive mechanisms through normative policies and transparency, protocols for preventing and diminishing reputational damages for the persons and institutions and the design of strategies for the case-by-case management.
