Legal nature of the relationship of the administrator or the CEO in corporate functions

Abstract

This article analyzes the legal nature of the relationship (the link) between the company and its administrative bodies; determines whether it is a contractual or a statutory relationship, with the legal consequences that the nature of this link may have on the rights and obligations that the administrator assumes vis-à-vis the company, vis-à-vis the partners and visà-vis those who interact with the company through its administrative bodies.
