Conditions of admissibility of the appeal process in the contentiousadministrative jurisdiction: appealable resolutions

The article analyzes the problematic issue of the appealable resolutions regarding the conditions of admission of the appeal process in the contentious-administrative jurisdiction. This issue is of great interest because determines if a resolution has access to the second instance. The issue is even more interesting now due to the Spanish Supreme Court has been establishing unification criteria in the scope of the cassationappeal under the Organic Law 7/2015. The article analyzes controversial aspects such as the accumulation and non-communicability of amounts for appeal purposes, the delimitation of matters of undetermined amount, the problem of the appeal of inadmissibility orders issued in single instance processes, and the admissibility of the adherence to the appeal, among others. All these aspects are treated in depth, giving a complete overview of the current state of the matter from the standpoint of procedural law.
