The inter-administrative promotion with mobility: an analysis

Abstract

The access and provision of positions in different legal provisions on the field of coordination of local police forces have created legal structures that has evoked doubts about their constitutionality or, at least, cases of possible illegalities. Proof of this is the “inter-administrative promotion with mobility” created in the 2017 Valencian Community Local Police Coordination Law, which generates more problems than benefits.
