Los Gobiernos locales intermedios en la gestión de los fondos europeos para la recuperación

Abstract

The article analyzes the role that local entities have played in the social and economic crisis produced by the pandemic caused by Covid-19; and the scant recognition they have had in Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the Public Administration and for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The article points out the neglect of intermediate local governments in the management of the Next Generation Europe funds.
