New subsidy regime in Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of 30 December, for the modernization of the public Administration and the execution of the Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience

Abstract

The article studies the new measures in the subsidy legal framework established by Royal Decree-Law 36/2020 for the modernization of public administrations and the execution of the Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience. The article explores these measures from the procedural standpoint, but also in relation to the beneficiaries of the subsidies, all considering the interest of those measures in the execution of public funds.
