Some notes about the Climate Change Act

Abstract

From a legal perspective, the article identifi es the following key points of Law 7/2021 on Climate Change: complexity in its approval, determination of specific obligations of result; prevision of broad powers in favor of the executive; low regional participation; inclusion of financial and scarce regulatory measures. These characteristics point out whether it was necessary at all to pass that legislation.
