Clarification and correction of offers in public procurement

Abstract

This article analyzes questions raised from the clarification or correction of inaccuracies or errors in offers made by bidders in the context of public procurement. This analysis is carried out from a practical point of view and in view of legal operators, thus, the case law and decisions of judicial and administrative bodies are pivotal in the analysis.
Likewise, the study focuses on the correction of the errors that appear in technical and economic documentation of bidders, since this is the field where the greatest legal uncertainties exist.
