The processes of stabilization in the local administration

Abstract

The reduction of the high temporary rates in our public administrations has been articulated in Law 20/2021 through the competitive exam and, exceptionally and controversially, through a less eliminatory and competitive selection process. This process of stabilization is complex, starting from the concept of stabilization itself, which is projected on the specific configuration of each selective procedure within the very wide margin that the regulations leave to each Administration. In the case of local administrations, Law 20/021 establishes special measures to deal with this stabilization process.
