Collective bargaining and civil servants in local administration

Abstract

This article has been conceived as an update and review of the latest published studies on the negotiation of working conditions in public employment in local administration. It focuses its attention on clarifying those aspects of more relevance that may be considered in the practice of our local territorial entities, such as those related to the structure and scope of the negotiation, the conventional procedure and the treatment of the nature and effectiveness of the collective agreements.
