Abstract

The article explores some relevant issues that usually arise in the execution of a minor contract. It begins with an analysis of the legal framework applicable to the execution of these contracts and, subsequently, it analyzes issues related to the modification, assignment, price revision, extension and subcontracting of these contracts.
