El estado actual de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y las proyectadas reformas de las leyes de eficiencia

Abstract

This article analyses the draft laws on organisational, procedural, and digital efficiency, currently before the Spanish Parliament, from the perspective of their impact on the regulation of contentiousadministrative jurisdiction. The article starts by identifying various critical points of the current situation, to assess how they are addressed in the planned reform. The article also points out different issues that are still pending and concludes with the formulation of a set of proposals for improvement.
