Las transformaciones de la ciudad y su derecho. El papel actual de las grandes ciudades

Abstract

Nowadays, big cities are assuming many of the classic functions of the Westphalian state. The article proposes to set up a regulation of cities that, regardless of the form it takes, adjusts the powers of the city to these new functions, particularly in relation to regulatory power and citizen justice.
