The remunicipalization of local public services: the necessary clarification of concepts and the legal requirements from the perspective of European Union law

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal requirements, from the perspective of the European Union law, for the remunicipalization of local services. This analysis requires a conceptual clarification in order to adequately determine the scope and limits of this instrument.
