The impact of remunicipalization on public employment affairs

Abstract

In the current economic and political context, local entities tend to recover public services previously externalized with the situation of the employees of the different management unities as a key issue to address. In relation to this reality, several administrative and labour laws clash and their harmonization is not easy.
