The extension of the maximum term to resolve in the administrative procedure (Law 39/2015)

Abstract

The article explores the premises and requirements to extend, firstly, the maximum period of resolution in the administrative procedure (sections 21.5 and 23 Law 39/2015) and, secondly, any deadline of these kind of procedures.
