The protection of the environment: national and natural parks

Abstract

The environment is a fundamental value in our community and for this reason its regulation is crucial. The three levels of government –central, regional and local– intervene in defining environmental policies. This article explores central and regional regulations on national and natural parks, as well as the relevant case law, in order to clarify the legal framework for users and institutions in charge of national and natural parks.
