Use of local assets and implementation of energy production facilities of renewable energy

Abstract

Renewable energies are essential for the necessary transformation of our energy model. This kind of energy has numerous advantages: they are a clean, inexhaustible, and increasingly competitive source of energy. In recent years, there has been a relevant increase in the generation of energy from renewable sources and it has led to a significant regulatory development, which requires a deep analysis and reflection. In this context, this article examines the use of municipal public assets for the construction and commissioning of energy production facilities using renewable sources, and it focuses on the legal instruments existing in our legal system to promote them.
