Access capacity tendering from the local administration perspective

Abstract

This article explains the regulation and development of the access capacity tendering system in force in Spanish electric grid. It analyzes from a critical point of view the limited role of local authorities in its configuration and implementation, mainly concerning the socio-economic and environmental criteria.
